Deep-clean after the dusty work, not before
Clean after the dusty repairs, not before.

Sanding, patching, and caulk throw dust. If you deep-clean first, you will clean again after the last repair.
Do the messy jobs, let the dust settle, then clean top to bottom: lights and trim, then counters, then floors. Save the floor for last so you are not tracking grit back across it.
The order is function first, finish next, then clean before photos.
What to do
- Finish dusty repairs before the deep clean.
- Clean from the top of the room toward the floor.
- Schedule photos after the floors are dry.
